Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with a purchase from riccio-italy.com, we will gladly accept it for return or exchange, but the item must be postmarked within seven days of the original shipping date. Items purchased at a show can be returned for Riccio credit only within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Jewelry and any discounted or sale merchandise items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Special order items are final sale and non-refundable. Items purchased during the Round Top fair are final sale.
Please enclose a note with your name and phone number explaining the reason for the return or exchange. You must include the original receipt from your package for all returns/exchanges, and the items must not have been worn, altered, or washed with tags still attached. We will credit the card on which the purchase was made.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund shipping and handling charges.
Damage/defective merchandise must be reported within five business days of package arrival; please email or call to notify us of your damaged merchandise. Damages must be reported within five business days of package arrival to be refunded. Please include a copy of the invoice or receipt.
