Katharina Hovman designs easy, chic pieces in gorgeous Italian washable taffeta. This silhouette is one they do seasonally. It is a slight A line, pull on dress with a high V neckline and side seam pockets. The shoulder seams are off the shoulder for easy, loose styling. I have it in a beautiful dark military green this season.
